Each row is one tenant lease and one YYYY-MM billing period. Rent, electricity, and extra / add-ons stay separate and come from the canonical monthly billing clearance.
How to read this view: YYYY-MM identifies the bill month, not the payment date. “Data Review” means the billing authority could not verify a balance, so the system shows no guessed amount. Use Open tenant account to review the lease; correction writes are not performed here.
