India holidays for 2025, 2026 and 2027. When a tenant's rent due date falls on a holiday, the system automatically pushes it to the next business day so tenants aren't penalised for bank closures.

How this works
The daily cron checks each lease's nextDueDate at 04:00 UTC. If the date matches an entry above for the current year AND the Auto-push toggle is on, the effective due date is rolled forward to the next non-Sunday business day. Tenants see a banner on /pay-rent ("🎉 Diwali — rent pushed to Nov 9") and aren't charged a late fee for the gap.
