Checking access…

🏘️ Tenant Portal Menu

These are the pages your tenants see in the menu bar at the bottom of every portal page. Turn one OFF to remove it from that menu.

ℹ️ Optional menu links are shown only by an explicit active policy for this organization. Missing, legacy, denied, or offline policy stays OFF. This is menu curation, not authorization; protected pages still enforce sign-in and security rules.

👥 Team Access

What each staff role can do inside the admin. This is a reference view of the current role rules.

⚠️ Only Owner is currently available and enforced. The remaining columns are planning reference only and do not grant access. They stay unavailable until UI, Firestore, and Worker enforcement share one verified permission registry.
