Start a Stay

Choose the situation first. The next screen is always the same lease form for the room, dates, rent, deposit, electricity, occupants, and signatures.

Returning people keep one account.When someone leaves and later returns, reuse their tenant identity and create a new lease. Their earlier lease and payment history stay unchanged.

What is happening?

This determines whether identity is new or reused.

＋New tenant A new person or company that has not stayed with us before. ↩Returning tenant They stayed before, left, and are now coming back. Reuse the same account. ▦Additional room An existing person or company is adding another room without changing current rooms.

On the lease form, search for and select the existing tenant. A new lease will be created; the earlier lease will not be reopened.

Choose the person or company on the Tenant page first. “Add Another Room” copies identity only, then asks for the new room, dates, and price.

What kind of stay?

Both use exact start and end dates that you can change manually.

📋Standard lease Defaults to 11 months after the start date. You may set a different end date. 🧳Short stay A few days to a few months, with exact dates, advance rent terms, and explicit electricity treatment.
